Business Development Lead
RunGUIDE.ai | Business Development - GTM - Pipeline Generation
GUIDE is the next generation of AI-Native Workflow Automation for the enterprise. We're hiring a resourceful, commercially minded Business Development Lead who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute our GTM strategy.
* Pipeline Generation: Create qualified opportunities through outbound, referrals, partnerships, social, phone, and other channels you identify.
* Targeting & Prospecting: Identify the right accounts and people and develop creative ways to start conversations.
* Events & Industry: Pre-event outreach and Post-event follow up.
* GTM Experimentation: Test new markets, messages, channels, partnerships, and approaches. Measure results, learn quickly, and double down on what works.
* Sales & Marketing Partnership: Work closely with Sales and Marketing on targeting, messaging, campaigns, events, account strategy, follow-up, and pipeline conversion. Work in tandem with AEs to turn prospect conversations to qualified opportunities.
* Market Intelligence: Bring what you learn from prospects, customers, events, and the market back to the team and help shape where we go next.
* CRM and Opportunity Management: Maintain disciplined follow-through and keep Salesforce updated to ensure Sales, Marketing and the broader team always knows where relationships and opportunities stand, what happened and what needs to happen next.
What We're Looking For
* High energy, organized, entrepreneurial mindset.
* Start-up experience
* AI software product experience a plus.
* Experience selling RPA or automation solutions (e.g., UiPath, Prism, Automation Anywhere) a plus.
* Strong and proven prospecting instincts.
* 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or GTM roles.
* Comfortable picking up the phone, sending the email, making the introduction, or walking up to someone at an event.
* Curious, analytical, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
* Bachelor's Degree required.
