Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Drive growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mortgage industry.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key realtors and partners to enhance our market presence.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications: Experience in business development within the mortgage industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with realtors and industry partners.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.
Strong communication skills to effectively present business development updates to senior management.
Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to company growth.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools to track and manage leads.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and transparency.
