What You’ll Do
Identify, develop, and close new business with manufacturers, co-packers, processors, and distribution facilities.
Present tailored proposals integrating waste diversion, recycling, and sustainability programs into client operations.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers across your territory.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, supported by robust operational and technical teams.
Ideal Candidate
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in environmental services, organic waste management, or experience selling into food manufacturers or processes.
Strong hunter mentality with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
