The position is centred on new business generation, strategic account development, and driving revenue growth across plastic and polymer waste streams.

Identify high-value material streams (e.g. HDPE, LDPE, PET, PP, films, regrind) and create commercial solutions

Negotiate and close long-term, high-value supply and offtake agreements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Stay ahead of market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity

Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows

About You

Proven success in a business development / sales role within plastics, recycling, or waste management

Strong understanding of polymers, plastic grades, and recycling processes

Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills

Existing industry network (highly advantageous)
