Requirements:
5 years of experience working as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager-preferred, but not required
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding leadership skills
Good project management and organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent problem solving and networking skills.
Strong work ethics.
Determining the potential business partnership opportunities.
Developing a good relationship with customers and partners.
Implementing new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
Determining new investment opportunities through market research and trends.
Implementing operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
Understanding the needs and preferences of the customer and ensuring that they are fulfilled.
