Develop and present customized water treatment proposals integrating chemical programs, chemical dosing skid solutions, lab analytical services, and emerging technology offerings (next-gen treatment systems).

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing accounts in collaboration with Biz Dev Techs; perform quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ensure program performance meets customer objectives.

Serve as the primary customer relationship owner for key accounts; resolve technical issues by coordinating with the Laboratory Supervisor, Biz Dev Techs, and CTO.

Communicate customer needs, market intelligence, and competitive insights to the leadership team to inform product development and strategy.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records including all prospects, activities, proposals, and account data.

Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Collaborate with the AI Developer and AI Water Programmer teams to position and demonstrate AI-powered water treatment monitoring and optimization tools as a competitive differentiator.

Support marketing efforts by providing market feedback, case study data, and customer success stories.

Ensure all sales agreements and contracts comply with company policies and applicable Texas law.

Required qualifications for this role include:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent technical background with demonstrated sales success.

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in water treatment chemistry, environmental services, or related industrial services.

Solid understanding of industrial water treatment applications including boiler water, cooling towers, DAF systems, and process water.

Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, close new business, and grow existing accounts.
