About the role
AdSelect is looking for a commercially minded, relationship-led Business Development Manager to grow our supply and demand partnerships. You will identify opportunities, understand each partner’s requirements, and coordinate a clear path from the first conversation to OpenRTB or VAST testing and long-term growth.
This role suits someone who understands the programmatic advertising ecosystem, communicates confidently, and values transparent, sustainable partnerships. What you will do
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of supply and demand partnerships.
Develop relationships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, agencies and other ad-tech partners.
Understand partner goals, formats, geographies, quality requirements and integration readiness.
Identify opportunities across CTV, in-app video, in-app banner and web display.
Coordinate commercial discussions, OpenRTB or VAST onboarding, controlled tests and post-launch growth.
Work with the AdSelect team to align technical requirements, traffic quality, reporting expectations and next steps.
Maintain clear pipeline records, forecasts and follow-ups.
Build long-term relationships based on transparency and consistent communication.
What we are looking for
Demonstrable business development, sales or partnerships experience in programmatic advertising or ad tech.
Working knowledge of the programmatic supply-and-demand ecosystem.
Familiarity with OpenRTB and VAST integrations.
Strong written and spoken professional English.
Clear communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Organized, proactive and comfortable working independently.
An existing network among publishers, SSPs, DSPs or CTV partners is an advantage.
