Sales Professional | Business Development

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who is ready to build relationships, develop new business, and make an impact.
You don’t need experience in our industry. We’re looking for someone with a proven ability to connect with people, earn trust, handle challenges, and consistently follow through.
Your background could be in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive, insurance, real estate, recruiting, or another customer-facing environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop new business through phone outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting
Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision makers
Understand client needs and identify opportunities to provide solutions
Manage the sales process from initial conversation through partnership
Grow and maintain existing client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
Maintain consistent follow-up and take ownership of results
