Business Development Manager
CFS is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our award-winning, employee-owned team in Uniontown . This is a client-facing sales role focused on building business relationships, managing accounts, and delivering staffing solutions that make a real impact.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in Northeast Ohio
Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting to closing and account management
Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
