Who We're Looking For
Hard-working and self-motivated
Dependable and trustworthy
Comfortable talking to people
Willing to get out and make things happen
Organized and good at following through
Eager to learn and improve
Painting or construction experience is a big plus because understanding the work makes it easier to understand what we sell. Sales or marketing experience is also a plus, but none of these are required.
We care more about finding someone with a strong work ethic, good character, and the motivation to learn and prove themselves.
Pay & Opportunity
Starting at $18/hour + commission/bonuses, depending on the person and experience. This position can be part-time or full-time.
There is room to grow with the company. The more you learn, contribute, and help grow the business, the more opportunity there will be to grow your role and compensation.
If you're motivated, willing to work hard, and want an opportunity where your effort matters, we'd like to hear from you.
