What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Build relationships with executives and hiring managers
Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates
Support executive search, direct-hire, and contract staffing engagements
Learn sales, negotiation, business development, and account management
Achieve weekly and monthly performance goals
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
