We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Business Development Representative who thrives on the challenge of finding and closing new business opportunities while also fostering strong business relationships with existing clients to keep accounts satisfied and growing.We offer:Health benefits.Paid time off and holiday pay.Wellness program.Professional development & career advancement opportunities.Lots of perks.Compensation Information: $73,000-$80,000 annually with bonusResponsibilities:Sales, Retention, & Revenue Generation Achieve/exceed sales targets.Lead generation.Grow existing business accounts.Client Relationship Management Grow B2B client portfolio.Build and retain business relationships.Monitor and address client satisfaction levels.Account Planning & Strategy Develop/execute plans to achieve sales targets.Align account strategies with internal strategies.Analyze accounts consistently.Communication & Collaboration Develop strong rapport with corporate business partners collaborating and agreeing on deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.Strong presentation skills required.Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.P&L experience preferred.Home/Trade Shows experience a plus.Why Empire Today?We empower our employees to strive for their unique goals.
