Business Development RepresentativeWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team at the Marisol Johnson State Farm Agency as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.Visit a set number of businesses each week to create new Centers of InfluenceVisit a set number of businesses each week to maintain Centers of InfluenceAttend community eventsAttend business association meetingsBuild relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Organizational and time-management abilities.Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.TransportationCompensation: $17.00 - $55.00 per hourOur team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
