Business Development RepresentativeSiteZeus is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team! SiteZeus is the Chief Development Agent for franchise and multi-unit brands, helping real estate and development teams make faster, more confident expansion decisions with explainable AI. Since 2013, brands like Raising Cane's, Crumbl, Sherwin-Williams, White Castle, and Dave & Buster's have relied on SiteZeus to guide their growth. In May 2026, we launched Atlas, a complete rebuild of our flagship platform, SiteZeus Locate, that replaces broker emails, spreadsheets, and dashboards with a single AI-driven workspace. With Ask Zeus, the built-in AI assistant, teams go from question to committee-ready answer, complete with the charts, narrative, and reasoning behind every forecast. Our complete product suite supports the entire expansion journey: SiteZeus Locate finds white space, forecasts site-level revenue, and designs equitable territories; SiteZeus Sell, our franchise CRM, manages the franchise sales pipeline; and SiteZeus Build manages the path from lease signing to grand opening. As a Business Development Representative, you'll open the door for this platform with real estate, development, and franchise sales leaders at multi-unit brands nationwide. This role is the starting point of the SiteZeus sales career path. As a BDR, you'll build the prospecting, discovery, and pipeline skills that prepare you to grow into an Account Executive role. First Year On-Target Earnings: $60,000 - $75,000 This is an in-office position and candidates must reside within the greater Tampa, FL market.Responsibilities and DutiesMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development quotas.Generate new leads through targeted email campaigns, cold calls, conference and trade shows, social media outreach, and other prospecting efforts.Own the first stage of the pipeline for a designated territory within the SiteZeus sales process.Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to fully pursue all relevant leads.Use and iterate on AI tools and internal solutions to optimize prospecting strategies and personalize outreach at scale.Take detailed notes and leverage automations within our CRM.Qualifications and Skills6 months of experience as a successful BDR with a track record of exceeding quota.Strong outbound cold-calling experience.Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce.Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and VPs.Coachable and adaptable to changing processes.Experience using a power dialer (nice-to-have).SaaS or B2B sales experience (nice-to-have).Experience working with large enterprises (nice-to-have).BenefitsUnlimited PTO that we encourage you to useFlexible work hours401(k); health, vision, and dental; and other traditional benefits for U.S.-based employeesPaid parental leavePaid monthly community service timePaid company summitsFor Full Time EmployeesCore ValuesBe Bold - Be fearless in reinventing our product, our company, and yourself.Have Grit - Find a way to solve problems and overcome adversity.Act with Urgency - Act with a high sense of urgency.Have a Team Mentality - Put the team's needs ahead of your own.Be a Unicorn - Be exceptional in the pursuit of your craft.About UsSiteZeus is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity, culture, and the human experience.
