BreadPartners, Inc., headquartered in Cinnaminson, NJ, is seeking a Business Development Specialist in multiple locations around the US to join our expanding team. Responsibilities:
Research, develop, and maintain new business relationships and opportunities via cold calling, industry networking, and referrals
Provide accurate forecasts and budgets for potential sales
Organize product demonstrations in collaboration with our technical team
Make and give presentations to prospective clients
Demonstrate a broad knowledge of our product range, technical knowledge, and product applications
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience/new business development; preferably in the baking/food/beverage industry
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Needs to be well organized and be able to be flexible with baking hours
Proven track record of developing new sales opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and fostering relationships with key accounts
Proven results in relationship building, negotiation skills, strategic insight, and concept thinking
Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Driven to succeed, works independently, and has a strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
Ability for overnight travel as needed - minimally 50%
Valid US driver’s license and reliable means of transportation (car)
