Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Franklin, IN. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective and existing customers, and supporting long-term growth in target industries such as medical devices, RF/microwave, agriculture, and optical. Day-to-day activities include researching market segments, managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating customer visits, and partnering with internal teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities. The Business Development Specialist will also support contract negotiations, track performance metrics, participate in trade shows or industry events, and provide regular reporting on market trends and competitive activity.
