Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Business Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will partner closely with executive leadership to shape strategic direction and turn priorities into actionable plans. The position focuses on driving organization-wide strategy, developing executive communications, and aligning key stakeholders around critical business decisions. The Business Director will also help identify ways to use AI-enabled tools to improve strategic planning and operational effectiveness in a dynamic financial services environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $251,400 – $286,900 annually
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership to define and execute strategic direction.
Design go-to-market approach for communicating the organization's strategy to customers and stakeholders.
Plan content and shape agendas for strategy forums to engage the organization effectively.
Drive content development for critical communication forums to ensure high-quality decision-making.
Support in defining organizational strategy to adapt to changing business and technology needs.
Identify and integrate AI tools to enhance strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
4+ years in quantitative analysis
4+ years in qualitative analysis
2+ years in project management
Strong foundation in corporate strategy or management consulting
