At Block Equity Group , we connect small and mid-sized businesses with funding solutions, from SBA financing to revenue-based financing and other commercial funding options . We’re growing our Midtown Manhattan team and hiring Business Finance Advisors who want to build a long-term career in sales and finance.

Who This Role Is For
Early-career professionals looking for a long-term path in finance
People in retail, hospitality, real estate, insurance, recruiting, or customer service who are ready to move into finance
Professionals with 1–3 years in a client-facing role who want a clear path to leadership
Recent graduates interested in business, finance, or entrepreneurship
What You’ll Do
Connect with business owners through outbound calls and email
Run discovery conversations to understand each client’s goals and funding needs
Match clients with the right financing solutions and guide them through the process
Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients
Build your consultative, communication, and negotiation skills with daily coaching
