This is a remote, flexible opportunity with project-based assignments without the constraints of a traditional firm role.

Advise entrepreneurs and business owners on optimal immigration pathways.

Prepare and file non-immigrant and immigrant petitions including E-2, L-1A/B, and O-1.

Develop persuasive business plans, supporting documentation, and evidence packages.

Collaborate closely with our corporate team to ensure alignment between business structuring and immigration strategy.

Manage filings and coordinate consular processing.

Stay informed of policy updates and proactively advise the team and clients accordingly.

Requirements

5+ years experience in business immigration law, particularly founder and investor visas.

Active attorney license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Proven ability to handle immigration matters independently from start to finish.

Strong strategic, analytical, and drafting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Operate with a business-first mindset: practical, fast-moving, and solution-oriented.

What We Offer

Flexibility: Fully remote work with flexible hours

Autonomy: Direct client interaction and project ownership

Innovation: Work with cutting-edge companies, with the opportunity to shape innovative approaches in immigration law practice

Freedom: Focus on practical legal solutions without bureaucracy
