Title: Busniess Law Attorney (Transactional)

Experience and skills needed:
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with a primary focus on business, corporate, or transaction law
Manage a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, succession planning and general corporate advice and counsel.
Licensed to practise in Minnesota. An additional license is a big plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000 annually . xhqgsiq Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
