Job description
TheDenver, Coloradooffice of FBT Gibbonsis seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
3–5 years of Colorado litigation experience
Experience with both employment litigation and commercial litigation is preferred
Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
Superior academic credentials with excellent research and writing skills
Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation
The salary range for this role is$205,000-$220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
Annual subjective bonus
