Partner with field sales to develop an understanding of customer needs, including analysis and recommendations to drive business performance.Relationship Building: Opportunity to build internal and external relationships through cross-functional projects, trade shows, mentorships, and diversity organizations.North American Retail (NAR) business delivers profitable growth with sales to grocery stores, club channels, drug and discount stores, convenience stores and ecommerce.Potential starting locations include Minneapolis, MN; Scottsdale, AZ; Rogers, AR; Cincinnati, OH; Philadelphia, PA. Relocation for subsequent roles is critical for progression within our Sales Division.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, Open to all majorsDecember 2026 or May 2027Preferred QualificationsMajors in Business, Communications and Liberal ArtsStrong academic recordStrong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skillsExemplary people, technical, and process leadership ready to take initiative and add value to their teamStart date of January 2027 or Summer 2027. Relocation assistance (if eligible). The base salary for this position is $73,000.
