Business Development RepresentativeAt PuroClean, we provide emergency property restoration services for water, fire, mold. Our mission is to respond quickly, operate with integrity, and deliver exceptional service when our customers need us most. We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Representative to expand our presence and build lasting partnerships within the community.Position Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with multifamily housing partners, property management companies, and insurance professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the disaster restoration industry and the ability to position our services as a trusted solution provider.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with multifamily property managers, asset managers, and ownership groupsDevelop referral partnerships with insurance agents, adjusters, and carriersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market shareExecute targeted sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awarenessConduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking within the assigned territoryTrack and report sales activity, pipeline, and performance metricsCollaborate with operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceededRepresent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and association meetingsQualifications:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the disaster restoration industryStrong understanding of water, fire, mold, and mitigation servicesEstablished relationships within multifamily housing and/or insurance markets preferredExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and ability to travel locallyWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + commission structureHealth benefits and paid time offSupportive team environment with strong operational backingCompensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.With over 500 locations across North America and Canada, PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services, by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.
