Job description
Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano seeks a Business Office Manager to oversee revenue cycle, patient billing, admissions financials, and office operations in our inpatient rehab hospital. This role manages patient registration, insurance verification, authorizations, charge capture, and collections while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. The Business Office Manager leads, trains, and schedules business office staff, partners closely with clinical and case management teams, monitors KPIs, prepares financial reports, and drives process improvements that support patient-centered service, accurate reimbursement, and the hospital’s financial health and growth.
