Role Overview
Design realistic business operations benchmark tasks that assess how well AI systems handle reporting, process design, and workflow management. You will translate real operational work into multi-step assignments with supporting materials and objective standards for evaluating results. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Create realistic, multi-step operations tasks involving reporting, process design, and workflow management.
Develop clear instructions, reference files, and objective grading criteria so qualified reviewers can consistently assess the same output.
Build tasks that require judgment and careful interpretation of provided materials, rather than simple information lookup.
Create or source needed materials, including spreadsheets, system exports, process documentation, and operational reports.
Identify and flag tasks that are ambiguous or cannot be graded reliably.
Deliver approved tasks on schedule and to required quality standards.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of hands-on responsibility in business operations, operations reporting, process design, or workflow management, with direct ownership of the work rather than supervisory-only or adjacent experience.
Experience creating or using structured standards such as SOPs, QA checklists, process documentation, service-level definitions, or training assessments.
Strong Excel skills and the ability to reason across multiple documents.
Strong written and spoken English, B2 minimum; C1 preferred.
Experience with AI or LLM evaluation is helpful but not required.
Work Terms
Independent contractor engagement.
Fully remote, with no geographic restrictions.
Approximately 10 hours of work per task.
Compensation
$45 to $90 per hour equivalent, depending on the engagement.
