Job description

Help evaluate and improve frontier AI by applying real-world business operations judgment to the models'' analysis and recommendations. Your expertise helps establish the standards against which AI responses are assessed.

Role Overview This is an ongoing talent pool for business operations professionals interested in AI training and evaluation work, not a specific immediate opening. Projects may begin on short notice, and qualified professionals are contacted when work aligns with their background.

Key Responsibilities Create operational problems drawn from work you have led, including the process, constraints, relevant numbers, and a reference answer for evaluating model responses.

Assess AI-generated operational analysis for practical feasibility, sound forecasting, and whether proposed metrics meaningfully track outcomes.

Identify recommendations that appear credible in presentation but may fail in practice because of staffing, systems, vendor agreements, approval requirements, or other operating constraints.

Qualifications Professional experience running or analyzing a business function.

Strong written communication and the ability to clearly explain your reasoning.

Comfort working through ambiguous assignments and flagging unclear instructions.

Ability to apply professional standards and expertise as an evaluation rubric for AI outputs.

Areas of Expertise Sales, business development, customer success, and account management.

Strategy, process improvement, and operations analysis.

Supply chain, logistics, and procurement.

Project management, people management, human resources, and administration.

Marketing, survey and market research, and customer support operations.

Work Terms Remote, hourly engagements.

This listing does not issue an acceptance or rejection decision. Matching opportunities may arise within a week or take several months, depending on available projects.

When a project matches your function, you may receive an invitation to a separate project listing that specifies the rate, hours, and client. Hiring decisions are made for that individual project.

Compensation Comparable business operations projects have paid $90 to $120 per hour, with project-specific rates determined by scope and depth.

Eligibility Completing the domain-expert interview and joining all talent pools for which you qualify can improve the likelihood of being matched. A single registration makes you eligible across relevant pools.

Application Process Submit your resume and confirm your work location.

Complete a short AI interview, approximately 20 minutes.

Your background is verified before you are added to the business operations talent pool.
