Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Program Manager to support the Senior Director of Data and Automation within OCI's Supply Chain organization. This individual contributor role will help translate the leader's data, automation, and operational-intelligence priorities into coordinated plans, clear operating rhythms, and measurable business outcomes.

The role will partner closely with data science, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and supply chain teams to support delivery of automation and decision-support capabilities across forecasting, supply planning, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, and deployment execution. The ideal candidate brings strong program-management discipline, analytical curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex technical and operational work clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with the Senior Director of Data and Automation to coordinate strategic priorities, operating rhythms, business reviews, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.

* Develop and maintain integrated program plans for data, analytics, AI, automation, and operational-intelligence initiatives, including milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decisions, and success measures.

* Support execution of initiatives that reduce manual work, improve process consistency, strengthen data visibility, and enable faster operational decision-making across Supply Chain.

* Coordinate work across data science, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and business teams to align requirements, delivery plans, adoption activities, and stakeholder communications.

* Facilitate program cadences, including roadmap reviews, delivery checkpoints, risk and dependency reviews, and cross-functional working sessions.

* Track program health and proactively surface delivery risks, resource constraints, data dependencies, adoption challenges, and decisions requiring leadership attention.

* Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and business-review materials that communicate progress, outcomes, risks, and next steps.

* Support the definition and tracking of key metrics for automation impact, data quality, operational performance, adoption, and business value.

* Help organize and document business requirements, use cases, process flows, and success criteria for automation, predictive analytics, reporting, and decision-support capabilities.

* Partner with Supply Planning, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Capacity Management, and Data Center Operations teams to gather needs and coordinate delivery of high-priority solutions.

* Support operational-control-tower and alerting initiatives by coordinating requirements, stakeholder feedback, testing, rollout readiness, and follow-through on identified actions.

* Maintain action logs, decision records, program documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure accountability and alignment.

* Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve program processes, and increase team productivity through automation, AI-enabled tools, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

* 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, data and analytics, supply chain operations, technology transformation, or a related field.

* Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

* Strong ability to create and maintain program plans, track actions and risks, facilitate meetings, and drive follow-through without direct authority.

* Experience developing executive-ready presentations, business reviews, status reports, dashboards, or operational scorecards.

* Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting operational metrics, data trends, and reporting outputs.

* Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, workplans, and communications for both technical and operational audiences.

* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

* Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.

* Familiarity with data analytics, automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, business intelligence platforms, or data-management concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience supporting a senior leader, technical leader, Chief of Staff, or business operations function.

* Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, hardware operations, logistics, cloud infrastructure, or other complex operational environments.

* Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, dashboard development, data-quality processes, or enterprise reporting platforms.

* Experience supporting automation, analytics, AI/ML, digital-transformation, or systems-enhancement initiatives.

* Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, SCM, Planning, Procurement, ERP, or related enterprise systems.

* Experience with Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power Automate, or similar automation and AI-enabled productivity tools.

* PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable program-management certification.
