About the Role
The Business Operations Support role is responsible for managing client relationships and supporting all operational, financial, scheduling, and administrative activities within Commercial Leased Access. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, deep technical and scheduling expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Master Control/TechOps, Finance, and internal CLA teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management
Establish, maintain, and strengthen long‑term client relationships through proactive communication via phone and email.
Provide one‑on‑one coaching for CLA clients on program uploads and delivery methods
Respond efficiently to initial airtime inquiries and onboard new clients.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Manage CLA contracts, amendments, billing operations, and credit card processing.
Maintain QuickBooks accuracy and ensure timely financial data entry.
Conduct initial collection efforts and support accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial forecasting.
Provide Master Control reporting to support client invoicing.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Regularly review and confirm electronic program guide (EPG) accuracy.
Participate in the development and implementation of department processes, procedures, and training materials; recommend best practices.
Assist in the overall administration of leased access channels, ensuring smooth, efficient cross‑team operations.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Actively participate in CLA business decisions, offering insight on scheduling and program delivery issues.
General Expectations
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant operational matters.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance
Perform other related duties as assigned.
