Job description
Serco is seeking a Business Process Consultant II in Kentucky to analyze and optimize CMS Eligibility Support processes. You will partner with operations and technical teams to document requirements, develop SOPs, and support UAT as part of cross-functional initiatives.
You will work across product lines, track performance metrics, and drive improvements, including automation and data-driven evaluations. A public trust clearance and travel up to 10% are expected.
