## Business Process EngineerApply: US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building): Full time: Posted Today: R # **Position:**Business Process Engineer# **Job Description:****What You'll Be Doing:*** Requires in-depth knowledge and experience* Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions* Works independently; receives minimal guidance* Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience* Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement* Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes* Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist* Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff* Lead and or participate in project Implementation of business projects initiatives and priorities. Working directly with cross functional Business Team & IT.* Develops/facilitates required data, documentation, KPIs and process and roll out training documentation* Works independently**What We Are Looking For:*** Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.* Proven experience developing current-state and future-state process maps, value stream maps, SIPOCs, and workflow designs using Visio or similar process modeling tools.* Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment and build consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.* Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive priorities forward with minimal direction.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and measurable process solutions.* Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify gaps, and develop improvement recommendations.* Ability to lead process transformation initiatives by partnering with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to deliver operational efficiencies and improved business outcomes.**Work Arrangement:** Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.**What’s In It For You :**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
