Business Professional - Admin Assistant 1We are seeking a Business Professional to provide administrative support. This role involves direct contact with customers, supporting the sales team by maintaining positive customer relations, and working with various departments to meet service sales goals. The position requires a focus on executing business processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting management with administrative tasks and reports.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain direct contact with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.Support the sales team by developing and maintaining customer relations.Work with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.Observe and execute service business processes and procedures, maintaining accurate records of activities.Follow defined business processes to collect billable and contract revenues.Reduce the billable collection cycle time to meet business objectives.Maintain and update customer information and the installed base in the CRM system.Provide administrative support to department managers and generate reports for management review.Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.Experience: A minimum of two years of related working experience is required, including experience with quotations, purchase orders, and revenue collection.Skills: Candidates must have strong customer engagement skills via phone and email, good command of English, and effective communication skills.
