Pay Range: $60 - $63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the effort to design, implement, and optimize processes for a large-scale program that supports the division and its teams.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a strategic mindset, enabling them to create efficient processes that enhance collaboration, productivity, and success across the division.
Process Development: Design and implement new processes to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.
Program Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes across the division.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance existing processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedbac k into process design.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to teams on new processes to ensure smooth adoption and execution.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track process performance and report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for further optimization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Must have skills: - Stakeholder Engagement, Monitoring and Reporting, Documentation, Process Development
Proven experience in process development and program coordination.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience in a large-scale program or project environment is preferred.
Proficiency in process management tools and software is a plus.
