Job description
We are seeking a personable, smart, and versatile Attorney with experience in business litigation, real estate litigation, and/or trust litigation. Some Transactional experience or willingness to learn is preferable.
For over 50 years, our boutique law firm has provided premier legal counsel to private wealth clients on the Westside of Los Angeles. We handle sophisticated matters in litigation, business, real estate, tax, and estate planning.

Key Qualifications
Active membership in the California Bar
5+ years of experience in litigation involving real estate, business, and/or probate and trusts
Willingness to engage in drafting business and real estate documents
Strong writing, analytical, advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Some existing business is requested but not required
Salary Range:
$150,000 – $300,000, based on experience, credentials, and a transferable book of business (provided in compliance with SB1162; actual pay may vary).
