Job SummaryThe Business Support Technician II performs support and administrative tasks for multiple business units. Duties may include data entry, mail, printing, scanning, policy distribution, and content extraction. Demonstrates effective knowledge of multiple functions while adhering to established processes and procedures. Applies advanced skills and may adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet special needs. Duties and tasks are varied and moderately complex. Works under occasional supervision and may be responsible for training new associates. Exhibits familiarity with all daily operations of a specialized area. Work Location This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time. Responsibilities & Qualifications· 3+ years experience in an office, administrative, or operational support role preferred· Attention to detail, accuracy and proficiency· Computer skills including Microsoft Office· Verbal and written communication skills· Problem solving skills· Ability to work as part of a team· Ability to meet deadlinesEducation· High school diploma or equivalentSalary StatementThe hourly range for this position is $17.89 - $22.36? The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.?
