Job description
Senior Business Systems Analyst – SAP MM/WM | REMOTE Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep SAP MM/WM expertise to lead critical supply chain and warehouse management initiatives within a large-scale healthcare distribution environment. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and offshore resources to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions that improve efficiency across the distribution network.

What You'll Do
Lead SAP MM/WM projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support
Partner with business leaders and warehouse operations teams to identify process improvements and solution enhancements
Drive functional design, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities
Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support
Analyze complex business challenges and provide scalable SAP solutions
Develop functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers on custom enhancements and integrations
Support warehouse operations including inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, and distribution processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of SAP MM and Warehouse Management (WM) experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
Strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations
Experience supporting inbound/outbound logistics, physical inventory, cycle counting, and distribution processes
Hands-on experience with EDI, IDocs, and third-party warehouse (3PL) integrations
Proven track record leading SAP projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support
Ability to partner directly with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and offshore resources
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and functional support experience
Experience developing functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP developers
