Role:Business System Analyst with Quote to Cash
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and IT teams to analyze, design, and optimize the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
Support configuration and deployment of QTC tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
Identify process inefficiencies and propose system-based solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and compliance.
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and use cases.
Conduct impact analysis, gap assessments, and root cause investigations.
Work with developers, QA teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management.
Ensure solutions comply with internal controls and financial reporting requirements (e.g., ASC 606 compliance).
Provide post-implementation support and system documentation.
