Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business and tax law.
Preferably possess a transferable book of business.
Background in corporate and business planning.
LL.M. in taxation or CPA designation.
Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Demonstrated dedication, commitment, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Engage in corporate and business planning.
Assist with business succession planning.
Provide business tax planning services.
Handle general business transactions.
