Advise clients on entity formation, governance, ownership structures, and business transactions.

Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other strategic transactions as applicable.

Identify legal and business risks and provide practical, commercially focused solutions.

Manage transactional matters from initial consultation through drafting, negotiation, and closing.

Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on ongoing business needs.

Collaborate with attorneys, staff, accountants, financial professionals, and other advisors.

Contribute to business development efforts and take an active role in growing your own practice within the firm.

Qualifications

Active Maryland Bar license required.

2+ years of business transactional experience required.

Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.

Experience with corporate governance, entity formation, commercial agreements, or business transactions.

Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating effectively with a team.

Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Genuine interest in growing professionally and helping build the practice.

M&A, succession planning, tax-sensitive transactions, or closely held business experience is a plus.

Why You Will Love Working Here

Work directly with business owners and decision-makers on matters that shape their companies and long-term goals.

Grow within a sophisticated practice that values collaboration, practical problem-solving, and excellent client service.

Develop your own professional relationships and practice rather than simply managing assigned matters.

Gain greater autonomy and scheduling flexibility as you establish a strong track record with the team.

Join colleagues who care about both the quality of the work and the long-term success of their clients.
