Identify legal and business risks and provide practical, commercially focused solutions.

Manage transactional matters from initial consultation through drafting, negotiation, and closing.

Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on ongoing business needs.

Collaborate with attorneys, staff, accountants, financial professionals, and other advisors.

Contribute to business development efforts and take an active role in growing your own practice within the firm.

Experience with corporate governance, entity formation, commercial agreements, or business transactions.

Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating effectively with a team.

Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Genuine interest in growing professionally and helping build the practice.

M&A, succession planning, tax-sensitive transactions, or closely held business experience is a plus.

Why You Will Love Working Here

Work directly with business owners and decision-makers on matters that shape their companies and long-term goals.

Grow within a sophisticated practice that values collaboration, practical problem-solving, and excellent client service.
