As the Business Unit Manager your responsibilities will include
Leading multifunctional teams to support business growth, operational priorities, and customer programs
Preparing business plans, sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and commercial growth initiatives
Managing customer relationships and acting as a key interface throughout programs development activities
Reviewing proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives
Supporting profitability targets, operational performance, and long-term business strategy execution
As the Business Unit Manager you will bring
Degree qualified (MBA preferred)
Previous leadership experience within aerospace manufacturing
Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting business growth, customer engagement and pricing strategies
Knowledge of P&L accounting and EBITDA optimization
The ability to lead multifunctional teams within fast paced and changing environments
Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
A proactive leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability
