Requirements
The Busser plays an essential role in delivering a great guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining room. This position supports the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting with guest needs, and helping ensure the restaurant is always ready to welcome the next guest.
What You'll Do:
Support Exceptional Guest Experiences Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.
Deliver chips and salsa promptly to newly seated tables.
Assist guests and team members with a friendly, positive attitude.
Support the service team in delivering Over-the-Top Service throughout every shift.
Keep the Dining Room Guest-Ready Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all dining areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
Monitor dining room cleanliness throughout service.
Prepare tables promptly for incoming guests to support smooth restaurant operations.
Maintain Cleanliness & Safety Standards Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures.
Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash receptacles as needed.
Monitor chip levels and maintain service stations.
Help ensure a clean, safe, sanitary, and accident-free restaurant environment.
Be a Brand Ambassador Represent Tacos & Tequila Cantina with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Demonstrate our T.A.C.O. core values in every interaction.
Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Remain open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Work as Part of the Team Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, food runners, kitchen staff, and management.
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts.
Help maintain efficient restaurant operations during busy periods.
Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
