Key Responsibilities:
Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave
Remove used dishes, glassware, and trash from dining areas
Keep dining room, bar area, and service stations clean and stocked
Refill water glasses and assist with basic guest requests as needed
Support servers and bartenders during busy shifts
Maintain cleanliness of floors, chairs, and high-traffic areas
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Assist with opening and closing side work duties

Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
