General Dentist Opportunity Galveston, Texas Position Overview We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a thriving, technology-driven family practice in Galveston, Texas . This is an outstanding opportunity for a provider who wants to step into a busy PPO and Fee-for-Service practice with strong patient demand, modern technology, and exceptional earning potential.
Located on the Texas Gulf Coast, Galveston offers a unique coastal lifestyle, affordable living, and easy access to Houston while providing the charm and relaxed pace of a beach community.
Practice Details Location: Galveston, Texas
Provider Type: General Dentist
Schedule: 4 5 days per week 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Current Staff: 1 Dentist, 1 RDH, 2 Dental Assistants, and full front office support
Patient Base: Family practice treating mostly older children and adults
Patients Per Day: Approximately 16 patients per day, including around 6 restorative patients
New Patients: Approximately 21 new patients per month
Office Production: Approximately $90,000 per month
Payor Mix: PPO and Fee-for-Service only
Clinical Scope This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who enjoys practicing comprehensive general dentistry with autonomy and support.

Preventive and restorative dentistry
Crown and bridge
Extractions
Basic endodontics
Invisalign
Comprehensive treatment planning
Technology The practice is fully equipped with advanced technology, including:

Compensation & Benefits Compensation 3 6 month daily guarantee
28% 35% of production
Expected earnings of $200,000 to $400,000+ annually

Ideal Candidate DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain)
Experienced candidates preferred
Comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry
Invisalign and basic endodontic experience is a plus
Motivated to grow in a high-quality PPO/FFS practice
