About the Role: The BVT Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of business validation testing processes within the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying discrepancies, and validating business processes to support informed decision-making. The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and document test cases that align with business requirements and compliance standards. By providing detailed insights and recommendations, the BVT Analyst helps mitigate risks and improve operational workflows. Ultimately, this role contributes to maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement across business validation initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in business validation testing or a similar analytical role. Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques. Proficiency with testing tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and test management platforms. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and document findings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation testing tools and scripting languages. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to the industry. Advanced certifications in business analysis or quality assurance (e.g., CBAP, ISTQB). Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive business validation test plans and test cases. Analyze business processes and data to identify inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and quality assurance to ensure alignment of testing objectives. Document test results, report defects, and track resolution progress to ensure timely issue closure. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations based on test outcomes to support business decision-making. Skills: The BVT Analyst utilizes analytical skills daily to dissect complex business data and validate processes against established criteria. Proficiency in SQL and Excel enables efficient data querying and manipulation to uncover discrepancies and verify accuracy. Strong communication skills are essential for articulating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring collaborative problem-solving. Familiarity with test management tools supports the organization and execution of test cases, while knowledge of automation and scripting enhances testing efficiency and repeatability. Additionally, understanding regulatory requirements and business contexts allows the analyst to align testing efforts with compliance and strategic objectives.
