GAME DAY, EVERY DAY
As a General Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings GO, you lead from the front. You’ll oversee daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and delivering a standout guest experience during every rush and every moment in between.
You’ll serve as the quarterback of the restaurant management team—coaching, coordinating, and supporting both Hospitality and Heart of House teams. You’ll set the tone for performance, bring structure to fast-moving shifts, and help build an inclusive, team-first environment.
