nThe base salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with an uncapped commission structure. Please note that this will be dependent on the level , years of experience, and geographic location.
nPOSITION SUMMARY
nThe Urology Account Manager, is a key position within the sales organization. Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, Urology, this person is responsible for generating new revenue for the company, focusing solely on Urology.
nJOB FUNCTION
nnnPerformance to Quota: expectation that performance is 100% to quota
n
nnConduct daily sales calls
n
nnMaintain and drive sales growth in the Seattle to Portland geography
n
nnConsistent communication to all referral sources and internal partners
n
nnConduct sales calls with each customer utilizing the Byram Urology Value Proposition to drive new referrals to Byram.
n
nnExpense reports are required to be completed weekly, including expense explanations and all receipts
n
nnAll administrative reports or requests are due by the outlined and required date
n
nnCall Routing: Each rep is required to maintain a monthly calendar in Outlook/Salesforce.com showing their monthly routing.
n
nnStay current and trained on Reimbursement, Operations and Managed Care knowledge. This includes the ability to clearly define managed care pertinent to all customers' payer mix
n
nnDevelop Quarterly Business Plans
n
nnDevelop relationships with Urology referral sources such as Spina Bifida centers, Urology centers, Urology rehabilitation centers and large Urology practices
n
nnEffectively identify key referrers’ and communicate the benefits of Byram’s products and services to the referrer’s patients
n
nnGain a long-term commitment from the Urology Referral Source to sustain a recurring stream of new patient referrals
n
nnRepresent Byram at various conferences and trade shows throughout the United States (SCI, Abilities Expo etc…)
n
n nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
nnnBachelor’s Degree Preferred
n
nn2-5 years of medical sales or successful outside B2B sales experience will also be considered
n
nnTrack record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment
n
nnDesire and ability to learn multiple product-lines
n
nnExcellent communication and organizational skills
n
nnComputer proficiency; especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
n
nnDue to the nature of the position, clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day. Interaction with healthcare providers on site is required
