Job description
IGS Energy is seeking a strategic leader to head the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) collections team in the United States. This role focuses on reducing bad debt, improving cash flow, and leveraging AI-driven analytics to optimize end-to-end collections processes across a large portfolio of gas and power customers.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in B2B collections, 2+ years in a leadership role, and a strong background in energy or utility sectors.
