Job description
Refuel Operating Company, LLC is hiring a C-Store Manager to lead daily store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff and the assistant manager. The role requires strong leadership, customer service focus, and the ability to manage labor and inventory costs.
The position is full-time, on-site at assigned store, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Travel is limited to store support as needed.
