C Store Location ManagerWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced C Store Location Manager to oversee the daily operations of our convenience store in Spearfish, SD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving sales growth while upholding company standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise store employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.Maintain inventory levels by ordering products, conducting stock counts, and minimizing shrinkage.Oversee store merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.Prepare and manage store budgets, including labor costs and operational expenses.Collaborate with corporate management to implement promotions and new initiatives.Qualifications:Proven experience in retail or convenience store management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.Familiarity with local market and community is preferred.If you are a motivated leader with a passion for retail and customer service, please submit your resume and cover letter to our hiring team.
