Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Skilled Nursing Facility | Monterey County, CASeeking passionate and adaptable Travel COTA needed for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence.Duties:Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residentsCommunicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care teamMaintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standardsComplete documentation in Net Health per facility standardsRequirements:Active OTA LicenseSNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for Those with 0-1 Year Experience)Strong Documentation and Time-Management SkillsFlexible and Collaborative MindsetPreference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule
